Director of Sales, Roof-ER

Reese Samala brings a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and global perspective to his role as Director of Sales at Roof-ER. A first-generation immigrant from the Philippines and a proud U.S. Army Infantryman and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) veteran, Reese is driven by a strong sense of service and mission, values that align perfectly with Roof-ER’s commitment to excellence in exterior remodeling.

Reese holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Music from George Mason University and an Executive MBA from Cornell University, where he specialized in leadership, change management, and statistics. His diverse background allows him to connect with customers and teams alike, fostering relationships built on trust, integrity, and performance.

At Roof-ER, Reese leads the sales organization with a sharp strategic mind and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our core services. His ability to navigate complex projects while motivating high-performing teams has made him an invaluable part of the company’s growth.

Fluent in English, German, and Tagalog (and actively learning several other languages), Reese’s curiosity and global mindset enhance his ability to communicate across cultures and connect with clients from all walks of life. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated family man who enjoys life with his wife Erika and their son Ethan Ryder. In his free time, Reese fuels his passion for high-performance cars, motorcycles of all kinds, and exploring the open road.

I can't say enough great things about RoofER. From start to finish both Oliver and Mike were awesome and very easy to work with. I received a couple other estimates but Oliver was the first to mention that my roof had some wind and hale damage and that it might be possible for my insurance to cover the cost of a new roof. He was absolutely correct and because of his knowledge and expertise he was able to save me thousands of dollars. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They kept me informed on how things were going and were very responsive whenever I had questions. They did a fabulous job and the new Roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend ROOF-ER to talk care of your roofing needs. They are true professionals at dealing with Insurance claims, including performing roofing and siding inspections for damage with no cost to you. Oliver will do the inspection and guide you through the insurance claim process and once approved, Mike will insure everything is in place operationally. All work was completed promptly and the final result looks great. The crews are also very professional and take care of every detail, from the installation through cleanup.
