General Manager, Roof-ER

As General Manager of Roof-ER, Ford Barsi brings a rare blend of hospitality excellence, operational leadership, and a customer-first mindset that elevates every aspect of the business. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Ford began his career in the fast-paced world of high-end restaurants, starting as a chef in New York City. His passion for food, especially Mexican and Italian cuisine, quickly evolved into a leadership journey that led him to Washington, D.C., where he successfully opened and managed several acclaimed dining establishments.

Ford’s background in hospitality instilled in him a deep appreciation for attention to detail, the value of hard work, and the power of memorable service; principles he now applies to every Roof-ER project. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida, Ford brings both people skills and business savvy to the table, driving growth and team cohesion with a steady hand and strategic vision.

In his role at Roof-ER, Ford oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that each roofing, siding, window, gutter, or solar project reflects the company’s commitment to quality and care. His leadership style is grounded, approachable, and relentlessly focused on customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Ford is a proud husband to Kate and father to Olivia. He’s a die-hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan (ask him anything, seriously), a Disney enthusiast who takes multiple trips to the parks each year with his family, and a lifelong music lover with a background as a drummer.

Whether managing or mentoring team members, Ford Barsi brings heart, hustle, and hospitality to everything he does, making him an essential part of Roof-ER’s mission to serve homeowners with integrity and excellence.

I can't say enough great things about RoofER. From start to finish both Oliver and Mike were awesome and very easy to work with. I received a couple other estimates but Oliver was the first to mention that my roof had some wind and hale damage and that it might be possible for my insurance to cover the cost of a new roof. He was absolutely correct and because of his knowledge and expertise he was able to save me thousands of dollars. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They kept me informed on how things were going and were very responsive whenever I had questions. They did a fabulous job and the new Roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend ROOF-ER to talk care of your roofing needs. They are true professionals at dealing with Insurance claims, including performing roofing and siding inspections for damage with no cost to you. Oliver will do the inspection and guide you through the insurance claim process and once approved, Mike will insure everything is in place operationally. All work was completed promptly and the final result looks great. The crews are also very professional and take care of every detail, from the installation through cleanup. Very good experience with RoofER. Reese came by and did an assessment and came back the next day with Oliver and went over the options. No pressure at all. Mike sent a contract to review and after comparing with other companies we went with RoofER. Work was done in one day and the gutters the next. Could not be happier with the quality of service.
